Qualification and Experience: BE/B TECH; 8-10 Years of Work Experience (Electrical & Electronics/E&CE/Instrumentation)
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Knowledge of design and development of control systems for various applications such as sensors and actuators, implementing control algorithms, and fine-tuning parameters for optimal performance.
- HVAC and Humidification Automation Knowledge is a must
- Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Programming of PLCs
- SCADA & HMI Development
- Central Monitoring System Software Development
- PLC Applications
- Hands on knowledge of Designing of Electrical panels and Energy meters.
- Hands on experience of Switchgear selections of various makes.
- Working on SAIA Burgess Controllers will be added advantage
- Knowledge of interfacing various hardware components, including Temp/ RH/ Pressure sensors, motors, displays, and communication modules, with PLC /microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of Filed Instrument Wiring etc.
- Implementation in programming Controllers/PLCs using languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams
- Hands on experience of working on VFDs like Danfoss, Yaskawa, Siemens Etc.
- Working on Communication Protocols
- Making Panel BOM, Panel designing, panel wiring, selection of input output module.
- Preparation of cable schedule, IO list documents.
- In case of requirement, candidate must be willing to travel at sites all over India.
