QBarPro-CAM – AI-Powered Fabric Quality Inspection System
Using AI-powered image processing technology, QBarPro-CAM detects and classifies defects in knitted and woven fabrics in real time during production.
It automatically identifies various fabric defects, including holes, oil stains, needle defects, broken yarns, irregularities in warp and weft, knots, and foreign fibers using Deep Learning algorithms.

Invisible Bar
Many defects become visible only when viewed from different angles. Invisible Bar uses a specialized optical geometry to detect defects that conventional camera systems often miss, such as double weft, missing weft, creases, and thick/thin places.
