Humidification System

Textile Humidification is a process a process of adding moisture to the air in textile manufacturing and processing facilities in order to maintain specific humidity levels. The main goal of textile humidification is to ensure that the humidity levels in the facility are appropriate for the materials being processed or stored, as this can greatly affect the quality of the final product.

There are several reasons why textile humidification is important:

  1. Preventing static electricity: Dry air can cause the build-up of static electricity, which can damage textile fibers and cause production issues.
  2. Improving production efficiency: When the air is too dry, textiles can become brittle and difficult to handle, which can slow down production processes.
  3. Ensuring consistent product quality: Humidity levels can affect the weight, texture, and color of textiles, so it’s important to maintain a consistent humidity level in order to ensure consistent product quality.

There are various methods of textile humidification, including using portable humidifiers or installing a central humidification system. The specific method used will depend on the size of the facility, the materials being processed, and the desired humidity levels. It’s important to monitor humidity levels regularly and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal production conditions

Pefab Modular Units – latest trend is going with these

A pre-fab or modular unit is a type of construction that involves the manufacture of building components off-site, in a factory or workshop, and then transporting them to the construction site for assembly. Pre-fab or modular units offer several benefits over traditional construction methods. They are typically faster to build, more cost-effective, and require less on-site labor. They also offer a higher degree of quality control, as the components are manufactured in a controlled environment with strict quality standards.

Civil

Here one needs to build /construct building as per the design for placing the Humidification equipment in place. This is safest and oldest procedure but it’s took lot of time compare to Pre Fab or Modular unit.

Unitary Model

Unitary Model/ Semi Central Units is a self-contained unit for localised humidification system, which comprises axial flow fan, air mixing chamber with interconnected fresh air damper to take fresh air as well as recirculate departmental air through V filter and return air damper. Wherever complete Humidification system installation is not possible due to site limitation, we recommend Semi Central Units which are designed to give required humidity.
